İbrahim Dinçer

He received his Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering in 1978 and completed his postgraduate education in Electronic and Computer Engineering in the United States in 1985. After working in the public sector for nearly thirty years, he worked in the private sector and NATO as a business development and project manager. He specializes in software development, system and secure network management, PKI infrastructure, cybersecurity, intrusion detection and prevention systems, business development, proposal preparation, system acceptance and testing procedures, specification preparation, and documentation.

She completed her undergraduate education in English Language and Literature. She then went on to teach English in both the public and private sectors. She is currently working in the fields of academic language teaching and personal entrepreneurship.
